WristTale for harmonyos Terms of Service

The app is provided by 武汉牛拉松科技有限公司 to organize, transfer and read text you are entitled to use on a HarmonyOS phone and supported watches. Email: [email protected]. Support WeChat ID: niuverse.

Content and devices

Import, process and transfer only content you own or are authorized to use, without infringing others' copyright or rights. The app does not provide an online book collection or grant rights to imported content. Keep your source files and check encoding, chapter detection and edits before saving or sending.

The app currently supports HarmonyOS phones with Garmin watches running the companion edition of WristTale. Availability depends on the device, system, companion version and network. HarmonyOS watch support is not available yet. Read in safe situations and avoid operating the device while driving or during activities requiring your attention.

Sync and reconnection

Cloud sync provides temporary delivery rather than permanent backup. Text remains for at most 24 hours and may be cleared after a 30-minute grace period once all receiving apps confirm storage. Resend from the phone after expiry. Saved phone and watch content is not deleted when cloud text expires.

After a phone upload finishes, wait for the watch to confirm storage. Network, space and system limits may interrupt transfers; check the status before continuing. Account-to-watch-app connections are retained in Huawei cloud. Sign in with the same account to find them, or disconnect and pair again. No manual recovery code is needed. Sign-in cannot restore expired text.

Accounts and membership

You can use your existing WristTale account through the same sign-in method. HarmonyOS has a separate membership plan: existing Android membership neither grants HarmonyOS membership nor changes under this plan. Consult in-app products for prices.

Free access ends on 31 October 2026 at 23:59:59 China Standard Time. Signed-in users can pair and use temporary sync during this period. Free access is not a purchased membership and never starts automatic charging. New pairing and sending after expiry require valid HarmonyOS membership. Saved phone and watch content remains available offline, and connections are retained.

During free access, you may choose to buy HarmonyOS membership or redeem a HarmonyOS-specific code; payment is not required for the free offer. Duration plans and codes add time after the latest of the current time, the free offer end, and your existing valid membership expiry. Lifetime membership takes effect immediately. Other products' memberships and codes are not interchangeable.

The actual product, price and duration are shown before you confirm payment. Pending orders and a wallet success message still require membership verification in the app. For purchase, restoration or transaction issues, contact [email protected] with the order number. The product agreement, provider rules and applicable law apply.

Privacy and data

See the privacy policy: https://wristtale.com/en/privacy-for-harmonyos. Signing out, disconnecting, deleting local books, clearing data and closing an account have different effects. Read the prompts and retain source files. Contact the support email for account closure or personal information requests.

Changes and support

Features and compatibility may change between versions; consult available controls and release information. Material changes will be explained. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer or personal information rights under applicable law. For faults, content rights or service issues, provide relevant details without sending passwords or complete sign-in credentials.
