Install the matching apps
Get WristTale for HarmonyOS on your phone from Huawei AppGallery. On Garmin, install the dedicated Connect IQ HarmonyOS companion edition linked above. It connects to the phone app using a four-digit pairing code. Check the compatible-device list on that specific store page for your watch.
Choose by the watch you wear
The same WristTale HarmonyOS phone app serves both combinations below. Each uses its own watch app and transfer method:

Connect to transfer, then read offline
Sign in and pair on your phone, import a TXT book, select the Garmin receiver, and start the whole-book upload. Then sync from the watch. Both devices need network access during transfer. Wait for the watch to confirm that the content is saved, then open the book for offline reading.
