Garmin Edge Software Version 31.18 Beta (Pre-Rollout) Changelog: 550/850/1050, 540/840/1040, Edge MTB

Garmin has posted software version 31.18 Beta as a pre-rollout firmware update for a wide range of Edge cycling computers. In Garmin's beta threads, "pre-rollout" usually means you may need to manually check for updates, and not every enrolled device will see the build at the same time.

What "Pre-Rollout" Means

For version-number searches like Garmin 31.18 update, pre-rollout is the key detail: the build exists, but visibility can lag across devices during the staged beta rollout.

Supported Devices

  • Edge 1050
  • Edge 850
  • Edge 550
  • Edge 1040
  • Edge 840
  • Edge 540
  • Edge MTB

31.18 Change Log
